Castle Dental was majority-owned by Sentinel Capital Partners LLC affiliates. Sheffield Merchant Banking Group advised the transaction. Gryphon Investors Inc. is the majority shareholder of Bright Now Dental. This private equity firm is a leader in middle-market middle-market. Bright Now Dental now has Castle Dental as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
